North Sea cloud affects East Anglia. Undeveloped convective cloud over
England decreases in quantity towards the north and west. High cloud is
moving into the north of Ireland, Scotland, NW England and Wales. Low
Countries largely cloudy but some breaks in the cloud over Belgium.
