Default Panorama tonight

Tosh. This was immediatley followed by a BBC advert. "Sea levels rising rain
that doesn't stop falling" All down to anthropogenic (thrash ourselves)
global warming. Now I liked the non stop rain falling part- so the drought
has nothing to do with GW?
