Default [WR] Rapid Cu buildup in South Bucks

There's been rapid Cu con development more or less overhead here during
the past couple of hours. Shows up quite well on the 12z Meteosat
imagery. I wouldn't be surprised if we got a shower. 7 oktas total cloud
cover at present (1300z).
