Default [WR] Peterhead - hurrah for the rain

One whole millimetre of rain overnight has brought an end to the fog.
8/8 cloud means there is still no sun, but I can see the horizon at long last.
Happy day!

Hooray for the rain in North Somerset as well. After 10 days of dry
and sunny weather I was getting tired of watering tomatoes and
cucumbers, and my rainwater butts were almost empty. This mornings
thunderstorm has done the deed for me today, and filled up my tanks.

13.2 mm here and an extremely murky start with very low cloud and poor
visibility. Brightening up nicely now.

We were invaded by midges last night and ended up nearly poisoning
ourselves after filling the bedroom with insect killer...
