1800 SSW F3 25km - 3/AC 4/AC 7/CICS T217D134
RMK: [COTRA & CAVOK] - Lower Ac~080/100 shows marked undulation, with
definite lenticular properties; also some very well marked mammatus
'globules'. The higher Ac~150 is thin/translucent with small gaps
between elements. The Cirrus level is highly complex, comprising a mix
of large areas of dense Cirrus merging to Cirrostratus, with
Cirrocumulus in one part of the sky, all laced-over with condensation
trails.
[ DAYTIME DATA (09Z - 18Z):
screen max: 25.1 precipitation: NIL
other data: the 9th day this month with day maximum = 25.0°C. ]=

I used to call the Crowthorne/Bracknell area the "Berkshire desert" when I lived
