Default S.E. Rain?

Do I detect some backtracking on the rainfall that has been forecast for the
S.E. overnight? I would be surprised to see any based on recent times.

A grand total of 0.1 mm here in Surrey around 21Z Tuesday.
Enough to wet the windscreen but not enough to clean it.

Tudor Hughes, Warlingham, Surrey.
