West Leeds driest June for 57 years
Welcome rain this evening has produced more rain than the whole of June here
in Farsley. Still raining with 13 mm in the last 2 hours. Not managed to catch the full brunt of the storms. However, this is in contract to June's total of 10.6mm - It would seem on close inspection comparing with Bradford records this is the driest June since 1949 and drier than 1976.
