RMK: Steamy. Have simplified cloud ob: several different kinds
of Ac and various layers, "9" in SYNOP code. A little Ci too.
A diffuse blue-greyish hue towards southern horizon suggests
something thicker down there. TSRA 0715-30 produced
just 0.7mm.

It has been almost continuous rain all day on the other side of the Vale in
Linslade ( think we are probably at about the same altitude as yourself from
looking at OS maps). A couple of thunderstorms this morning (small and not
very close) and a few clear spells even (very) brief spells of sunshine.

Sorry I do not have any meteorological gear so can't give any values.
