Sunshine over southern and eastern England in the earlier NOAA 17 photo
except for Kent and the Thames Estuary. Fairly extensive cloud over the
British Isles in the NOAA 16 photo but still bright in southern England and
most of Northern Ireland. Variable cloud over the Low Countries - much
brighter in the west than in the east.

Scattered outbreaks of light rain in northern England and the Midlands on
Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. A narrow band of rain moves slowly
south over the same areas in the afternoon but breaks up over southern
England in the evening. Slight snow in places in the SE in the evening.

mm, Inverbervie 3 mm, Boulmer 4 mm, Tulloch Bridge 5 mm, Copley 5.9 mm,
