This posting expresses the personal view and opinions of the author. Something which everyone on this planet should be able to do. ================================================== ================== Latest GFS ensembles are increasing confidence in a long hot and dry spell for the UK with an upper high becoming established and temperatures climbing from this weekend. 30-35C certainly looks on the cards for southern Britain next week. Chance of some patchy rain in NW Scotland and a few thunderstorms in SW Britain. July can often be a cyclonic month with relatively low pressure, for such a pattern forecast to become established so early is worrying. The English Riviera is going to be packed with people seeking relief from the heat of the cities :-) Will. -- " You cannot count your life a success unless you can find one person who says that they are happier because you were born " ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A COL BH site in East Dartmoor at Haytor, Devon 310m asl (1017 feet). mailto: www: http://www.lyneside.demon.co.uk/Hayt...antage_Pro.htm DISCLAIMER - All views and opinions expressed by myself are personal and do not necessarily represent those of my employer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

Here's hoping we don't end up with Haar all weekend :-\ -- Chris (Swaffham) |

Meanwhile across the Tamar the the north Cornwall coast (& Prah Sands) will have a light offshore & a clean 2' swell (or so the forecasts say) It's been very busy here the last couple opf weeks, certainly busier than the the same period last year. Was out at Sennen last Friday, the surf was pretty rubbish, yet it was still hard to fine a clear path back to the beach. Graham Penzance |

Off sailing this weekend, a good F4 would be brilliant! Will. -- |
