(Despite forecasts of 8-10 deg C in the SW, which only apply to sea-level) 23/1/05 Max 8.9 Min -0.7 24th 4.0 0.2 25th 4.4 -1.1 26th1 3.7 -1.2 27th 5.7 -0.7 28th 7.2 2.5 29th 5.7 3.7 30th 6.8 -0.3 Soil temperatures are also depressed as is normal too 30 cm 4.5 deg C 60 cm 5.0 deg C Not surprisingly grass has completely stopped growing again and daffodils are 2" above ground and have also stopped too. Things will get mighty interesting here in the next cold spell ! Present weather at 1715 30th Jan Temp 5.3 deg C Dewpoint 4 deg C Wind NW 22 knots gusting 34 knots (wind has picked a lot up in the last 2 hours) Continuous light drizzle Bar 1035 hPa steady Inside temperature 15.3 deg C rising !
