Following the rash of off-topic, cross-posted posts does anyone have
any idea how to filter these in Agent 2.0, or do I have to upgrade?

Thanks,

Martin

Upgrade. The crosspost management in Agent 4 plus the ignore subthread
will get rid of all the off-topic stuff for you. Another bonus is the
brilliant new email training.

You have to upgrade to v4.0, which was released on Friday:

I'm in the process of upgrading now, purely because of "Usenet filter
expressions based on the 'Newsgroups:' header"

Course they do. You gain enemies when you make abuse reports to their ISPs
that are upheld.

Plus they have long memories too, and know how to hold on to a grudge like a
terrier worrying a bone.
