Luckily, it's still breezy and very dry here and it's very tolerable. Last
night's temperature minimum was ...+31.1C here, at 0800C. Yesterday's
temperature maxima around the country were as follows (only temperature
maxima at or over +38C are quoted):

Again, the Aegean was quite cooler with Skyros never getting warmer than
+29C in the moderate to strong northerly breeze.
Today was hotter in Athens and my site in SE Athens made it to +39.9C
(yesterday +38.0C). Temperatures were much more variable today, as the
weaker northeasterlies were struggling to take over the sea breeze,
especially in a zone stretching 2-4 km inland from the athenian coastline.
Weather's gradually changing from the north with thunderstorms and gusty
winds that shouldn't make it to Athens. Tomorrow will see great differences
between eastern continental Greece and the west and north of the country,
temperature wise.
