solid, vertical heavy rain 16.00 to 16.30; continuous moderate to
heavy rain 16.30 to 17.45. Dry spell followed but rain began again at
19.15 and became heavy 19.25 to 1945 with a single loud rumble of
thunder at 19.40.

Light to moderate WSW wind backed gradually to SSW.
