Some quite heavy rain in St Albans since about 1830z which is refilling the
water butts. Not heavy enough to deter the boy racer who has just driven
past on the wrong side of the central reservation.

One has to ponder at yonder wonder that phases drought have
tornedisummer
That whilst the funder stayed away we oft had rain neath skies more
grey.

And now from Manchester to Stoke the thunder and the weather broke.
You'd thing an experienced weather bloke would move rather than live a
joke.
