RMK: Ocsnl light rain overnight with one short heavy burst
at approx 0405z. Vis has improved considerably in the
last hour.

breaking from 1115z with osnl gleams of sunlight. Scraps
of Ac and Ci now visible through the gaps. Quite blowy now.

RMK: Bank of Ac cas above E/NE horizon with substantial
turrets. Also bits and pieces of Ac at other levels, notably
a patch of about 2Ac180, tending to thick Ci at one end.

09-18z: Tx 18.3 RR trace
