tufts, but mostly fibrous. Sun feels very strong for the
middle of September, and it's pretty humid too.

Cooling off quickly, and the wind has almost disappeared.
(A persistent breeze prevented the last two nights being
proper radiation nights here - maybe tonight will be different).
