Default Another fantastic Met Office forecast

"Dry with sunny intervals" apparently.

As I sit here in Malvern under grey cloud and occasional drizzle!

The MetO these days couldn't forecast the date.

Almost as bad as Radio 1 this morning. Severe gales in Ireland today with
winds up to 40 mph!

That means "umbrellas may be blown inside out".

And that reminds me-can anyone point to a good site which gives the
slightly old fashioned 'land'version of the Beaufort Scale - the one
that refers to umbrellas (at about 4 or 5 on the scale); also the
marine version AND does the US one go up to 17 or so?
