RMK: Several mod and hvy shwrs between 12 and 16z, then
just a few light ones. Sky a mess, with patches of Sc as well.
Some dramatic Cbs this afternoon with lightly sheered anvils,
some unusual scud (pannus) formations, and ppn trails suggesting
local hail, though none seen here or in my travels.

09-18z: Tx 18.5 RR 4.5 sss(00-18) 5.7
(3rd consec day max at 18.5, and 5th betw 18.2 and 18.5)
