BRACKNELL (TAWFIELD) 0900 S F3 35km -RA 1/SC 4/AC 8/AS T124D112 RMK: 1Sc~060, 4Ac~100, 8As~140; slight rain (-RA) began 0825Z (9.25am BST) - the As (the precipitating cloud as far as I can make out), is highly variable, with much of it thin enough to allow the sun to be seen through it quite clearly, yet steady rain is falling. [ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z): screen min: 08.0 grass min: 05.3 precipitation: tr [24hr total: tr] other data: trees are still in full leaf, and the overwhelming proportion of the leaves are green (though 'tired & dull' now). Presumably we need some persistently cooler weather to kick in the autumnal changes, though the decreasing daylength should also trigger a 'fading' now.]= -- Bracknell (Wooden Hill/Tawfield), Berkshire, UK NGR: SU 854 667 Elev: 80m Lat: 51° 23' 30'' N: Long: 00° 46' 28'' W |
