We could always go back to that old standby of discussing what sort of
winter we're likely to have,.


Yup, that's always a good one.
Although from what I've heard is that the latest winter forecasts are for
cooler/dier weather than was previously though though it's still
very early days of course.

Perhaps I should be careful what I wish for.
Just this morning there was a pretty vicious (though brief)
thunderstorm, several very close c-g's simultaneous
thunder/lightning, torrential rain, the lot!
Maybe I'm closer to infuencing th weather gods than I thought
