By the way, how's the Snowflake?

Ah yes, recent criticism of the recent predicted cool spell or better still
the exciting pressure set up . I'm sorry but the GFS (and other models) is
absolutely pathetic at predicting suggested anomalies.
It's been a source of frustration for many winters now.
I guess that like those rare occasions that we actually get ice.....we
should take it with a large pinch of salt.
