Wokingham 0900z 130 03kt 2300m BR 8St005 +13.0/+12.6 QFF 1009.6 -1.0 in 3hr RMK Fog earlier, 300m at 0610, 1000m at 0640z. About half cover of cirrus at that time, increasing.
