RMK: Mod rain 1830-2120z, hvy burst 0010-15,
then thick fog developed (vis c.50m at 0100z).
Now St layer breaking up and beginning to overturn.
Lanes and field boggy.

intermittently behind the broken St layer. Still no ppn here.
