RMK: [COTRA] - tr Cu fra~022, tr Ci/COTRA~280+. Superb visibility.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: 11.2 grass min: 08.3 precipitation: tr [24hr total: tr]
other data: A little drizzle during the evening, fizzled out by 21Z.
This morning, actually beginning to look autumnal: although many trees
are in full-leaf, and a good number are green, or nearly so, there are
more leaves falling now with *some* trees up to 40% yellow/brown rather
than green. ]=

RMK: 3Sc~018, 8Sc~025/030. Variable amounts of cloud from late
morning - often 6 or 7 oktas CuSc, then decreasing temporarily to
around half-cover, but clouded-over more definitely past 30 mins. Wind
ocnl F5 or briefly F6 for a time early afternoon. =


.... 1505Z ... few spots of rain - not affecting surface / vis;
.... 1515Z ... PPN ceased (cloud breaking up again - much brighter to
WNW), but wind notably gusty.
