Quite wet and mild - the warmst since 2001. Cloudy too.

Average minima = 7.3
Overall average = 10.5 C (+0.9)
Highest maximum = 16.8 (18th)
Lowest minimum = 2.1 (27th)
Total rainfall = 103.2 mm (115%)
Most in a day = 27.2 mm (25th)

All readings (except grass minimum) via a Davis Weather Monitor II.
(Now somewhat broken, but I'm working on it; the figures above are
still accurate.)

Note that here we haven't had much in the way of very warm days. 103 mm
seemed a lot of rain, but it's only 115% of the average for the last 11
years - which shows how wet October has been here.

I went for years - literally - without seeing 25 mm or more in a day.
Over the last few years the frequency of such events has shot up.
Perhaps one day I'll see 50 mm.
