Low Countries also fairly cloudy with a brighter strip running through the

For some values of "north Wales" - at that time I was driving carefully,
dipped headlights, through low cloud over the Migneint to Ffestiniog
(though I note from the pic that the LLeyn and Vale of Clwyd were clear of
cloud).
