RMK: [COTRA] - 3Sc~040 (thinning & dispersing/evaporating rapidly),
4Ci/COTRA~260+ . . . probably more above 280 than below.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: 08.7 grass min: 06.4 precipitation: 5.0 [24hr total: 05.0
mm]
other data: period of occasionally moderate rain from yesterday evening
(1920Z) until ~03Z, with some light / intermittent rain thereafter to
~05Z. The overnight maximum (also the 24hr maximum for the 10th) was
12.6°C ]=
