![]() Quite a wild night with noisy, blustery showers. Maximum gust was 43mph, WNW, at 04:05 and total rain since midnight today 11.6mm. Was a lot quieter after I closed the Velux. Loch Goil again taking the brunt with a lot of white water. Less windy now, gusting to 30mph, NW, but still showery. Current temperature 8.7°C with a night minimum of 5.9°C at 08:50. -- Alan White Twenty-eight miles NW of Glasgow, overlooking Lochs Long and Goil in Argyll, Scotland.
