Default Photo - first snow on Arran

Cheers Paul!

I'm sitting in Bombay at the moment, about 5,000 miles from my house in
Prestwick. Needless to say I'm sweating like i've never sweated before,
and seeing a picture of snowy Arran has cheered me right up. Fingers
crossed it's still there on Monday when I get home. (The snow that is,
not Arran...)

We were above Glen Fruin this afternoon and Arran was clearly visible,
59km away.

Nice pic.

Thanks for the photo Paul. It's good to see what Arran looks like from
over there. We live over on the south western side - no snow settled
down here although we did get sleety snow blowing through. We don't
really have a good sea view from home but we can look up the Shiskine
valley to Ben Bharrain, Goatfell and mountains of the North. I want
to get a web site together in the near future (feeling I've said this
before ) so I'll be able to post pictures taken here on the Island.
