A few interesting snippets abot autumn 2006 in Coventry
This has been the warmest autumn on record in Coventry (records locally
date back to 1895). There are indications that this has been the warmest autumn in the Central England Temperature series since before 1659 thanks to PE).. It has also been the wettest autumn since 2000 (300.3mm). Only 1 autumn has been wetter than 2006 in the past 52 years, and only 8 wetter since 1895. Nevertheless, it has been the sunniest autumn in Coventry since 2003 (380.0hr).
