RMK: 3Cu~018, 6Sc~030, 7Ac~120, /Ci~250/280.
[ I heard someone twittering on this morning on the radio saying that it
would be a 'mild' day, even warm! Obviously went straight from a warm
car to a heated enclosed studio! With the wind touching 25 mph at times
and overcast conditions, if you are outside for any length of time, it
is NOT mild, let alone 'warm'! ]=

I expect that on temperatures alone it would qualify as mild or very mild
but I agree it didn't feel particularly warm when I was out this morning. A
situation where they should have separated the warmth of the air from what
it feels like when it's rushing around like it is at the moment.
