0920z ESE F2-3 200m FG -RERA OBSC 04.4/04.0 1027.9
RMK: drizzle 21-22 yday; light rain approx 0600-0830; mist
thickened rapidly as soon as rain stopped.
(since ob, fog slowly lifted after 1000 and vis now about
1000m, revealing a layer of AcAs thinning to CiCs in the E)
