Always on the look-out for sites with interesting model data, the
following may interest many he-

(Select either NMM 13 or ETA 18, both cover 'Europe', at least the bits
many on this ng are interested in.)

This has always been a useful site for relatively small-scale (13 or 18
km grid-length) output (not mesoscale though - that can come down to 4
km or less nowadays).

What might be of interest are the output for things like Helicity/Storm
motion, Shear 0/1 and 0/6km, Theta E and W (not many sites have ThetaW),
CAPE/LI, streamlines at various levels, and the forecast vertical
soundings.

Also, there are some useful notes saying what each of the products is,
and what they mean.

Worth playing around with!

Martin.

Mathias Mueller - who I had the good fortune to meet when he came to
Cambridge a year ago - got his PhD for the research behind that
website. And he's just a young lad really!
