0850z RTD
WSW F1 80m (FZ)FG OBSC -00.2/-00.4 1043.0
RMK: Hoar melting patchily, overnight rime falling off trees,
and strictly speaking it's now a wet fog rather than a freezing
one. Blue visible at the zenith, vaguely bright where the sun
is, although it's a long way from being visible. Top of the fog
prob somewhere between 260 and 280m amsl. Ground
frozen hard

2250z WNW F3 60m FZFG OBSC -02.2/xxx 1045.1
RMK: Vis may even be slightly less than 60m. The fog is
riming quite well, and the daytime moisture has turned into
a slight glaze on all hard surfaces. Nasty. No stars visible
even directly above, suggesting top of fog has now reached
at least 300m amsl. General vis in Luton this evening 100-
300m, but in Dunstable 100m or less.

09-21: Tx -00.1 RR 0.1 (fe/fx) sss nil
