RMK: Rime 10-15mm in my garden, at least 20mm on hedgerows
and fencing at the top of the scarp slope on Bison Hill. Just
beginning
to drop to the ground now. Most of the glaze on the ground has
already gone. Temp below zero for 67 consec hours, though not
for much longer.

Not so easy come, but easy go. I had a cm of rime last year on Feb 3rd covering
blades of grass, trees, heather, gorse, pony's tails, in fact anything that
poked into the wind, it was a silver landscape above 250m asl. All gone within
an hour :-(
