Although here in Perth we have had a temp of 35 degs today, on the
other side of Australia it has been remarkably cold today. Melbourne had a max of only 14 degs and up in the high ground to the north it snowed. Pictures on the news showed a pretty good covering of snow. Checking observations, one place at 1800m stayed below zero all day and now at 2300 local is giving a temp of MS05. Apparently the temperatures and snow has broken all records. Funny old thing this global warming!!! |
