We seem to have lost Indonesia and The Philippines from the synops
today, to name a few from that region :-(

Interesting to note that both their respective website are also
off-line, I wonder if there's been a major communications break in the
region?

Indonesia

Philippines

Malaysia
Although Singapore are on-line

Checked through the synops and Thailand, China, N & S Korea, Japan and
Vietnam all seem to be reporting, I guess they have other routes
available to them. Indonesia and The Philippines are the ones knocked out.
Saruwak (Malasian north of Borneo) Hong Kong still available.
