According to MO site "an American road has had to be shut following heavy
snow, the Citizen Times news service reports on December 27th."

I read that aswell, pathetic story really, I,m sure they could find

Assuming it's the same thing, Colorado "declared a state-wide disaster".

Assuming the SST anomalies I posted on another thread are correct the
whole of the Hudson Bay is now ice bound, however the Great Lakes are
not. Cold air not really moved into the NE USA yet.
