Default Yesterday's low into Germany

Not UK weather I realise, but I notice from Weatheronline that there
were a number of low-level strong wind reports in Germany in and around
75mph. Not sure about the location and whether many of these were
coastal, but

Also, a tree fell on a caravan in Staffs and killed someone and a hotel
had its roof ripped off in Suffolk:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/suffolk/6220641.stm amongst other
reports of minor damage on the Suffolk/Essex border.

Richard
