You thick **** . Paul and Will's forecast are invariably correct, just like
Dazed and Wands.

The thing is, there are many people out there doing forecasts. You have
the respected ones, the likes of Brian Gaze, Andrew Bond, the Met Office,
who all do a long range forecast.

You have respected short to mid range forecasters such as Will Hand, Paul
Bartlett to name but two and I personally think expecting apologies off
anyone for a forecast based on their own opinions through model
interpretations, is asking a bit much. An acknowledgement of error yes,
but not an apology.
The MetO would be aplogising on a weekly basis if their countryfile
forecast were taken as gospel

Well, I guess it could be argued that winter isn't over yet. I'm not
fighting Brian Gazes corner, he's more than capable of doing that

himself,
but I will say that he is always the first to hold his hand up and

admit he
got it wrong, when a forecast goes tits up.

Let me just say that, as is now, hopefully, anyway, widely known, I
have made PEACE with Brian Gaze via e-mail over those events now.
However, that said, I will say this, anyway:
1. There was NO apology - certainly there was nothing direct - on the
front page of The Weather Outlook website anytime AFTER that 2002
winter, and, till this day, there has not been one PUBLIC message of
direct apology for that winter. HOWEVER, I say again, I HAVE
straightened this out now with Brian via e-mail, and we have - I hope!
- a mutual understanding for each other.
2. In the winter of 2002, Brian - AND OTHERS(!) - kept on saying that
"it will come cold next week" and "it will come cold next week", only
for NOTHING to EVER happen!:-( :-( At least NOW, the kettle of fish is
very much different.:-)
3. I know NOW what I did NOT KNOW before, and, although this does not
*really* apply to Brian or The Weather Outlook, my awareness was that
the 2002 winter forecasts were really the EXPERT VERIFICATION of MY
DREAMS(!) once again about to come true. This was as, obviously quite
starkly, opposed to a set of exceptionally poorly-organised forecasts
by the likes of Tom "campus kid" Presutti and Gavin "I truly believed"
Partridge, not to mention badger "I forecast cold weather EVERY
winter", and the less said about Gary Sarre, the better.:-(

I am not the guy that I have been demonised as. Nor is Matty H, as, I
can see from here, you, like the other admins on TWO who I am in touch
with, are sensible, rational, decent-minded people, who do a good job.

I hope that one day the negotiations as to my return to The Weather
Outlook discussion forums can begin. It was allowed with Codge, except
that I, contrary to the incessant lies of Justin Williams, am most
certainly NOT Codge. Furthermore, as late last year has proved, not to
mention *some* of my posts on this particular forum now, I am also
indeed capable of engaging in sensible, rational, logical, coherent,
decent-minded weather and climatological discussion.

Default dreams vs. reality

If you believe that, why do you moderate a forum that supports a individual
who claims the opposite of what you apperently believe?

Well, to try and forecast a season a year away is sheer folly in my
opinion. I'm not saying it shouldn't be attempted, but I am saying that
any success with a forecast at that range can be attributed to luck rather
than any scientific basis.

One day it may be scientifically possible (personally I doubt it) but
until that day, luck will always be a huge part of LRFs of that range

I didn't think Paul Bartlett issued a winter forecast this time?

Willing to
be proved wrong of course...

He issued his official 2005 winter forecast back in February, 2004!:-o

Brian Gaze has even made a massive thread about it!:-o

However, this year he is actually very much undecided to as just what
exactly the coming 2006 winter will bring.;-)

If we are to believe Ian Currie's super long-ranger, though, then the
next winter of 2006 should have a COLD, and even snowy, start. Then
again, so was his February 2005.:-(

Yea and unlike your corrupt pack of lies there is actually free speech here.
If this thread had been on TWO there would have been several bans imposed by
now . Go check the yellow lines.

Save it for the police, Jenkins.:-D

In case you don't know, Andrew Bond has reported you for your threat
against him.

I once had to do the same on another forum, when I was warned of
"someone coming round yours and blowing your head off with a sawn-off
shotgun", TWICE. It's NOT nice, and he has my full backing.

Plus it would have wasted a good bullet that could be better used elsewhere.
Damien, you are not welcome in this ng with your anti-capitalist crap. If
you can't realise that no-one will defend you, no one will support you, and
you can't take the most blatant of hints, then perhaps you were right to be
excluded from "The other place".

PS Can you show evidence of Mr Bond actually reporting Lawrence to the
police? Hmmm second thoughts, don't bother. I think we should start an
anti-pollution drive, and you're the first target.

(Andrew if you're reading this perhaps you would like to confirm or deny
this statement of Beddy-bye).

There there there you Sonder commando

That'd be Sonderkommando. Been watching BBC2's recent series, have we?

But that's beside the point. Far be it for me to criticise the
much-respected weather forecaster, Will, his claims of being 'nearly
banned' from TWO are way off the mark.

Trolling scrotes get banned. Will is clearly not one of those, indeed
his reputation on TWO is massive and he's as well respected there as he
is here. His input and vast knowledge is always welcome - even when his
opinion is opposite to that of some members/mods.

It's clear to me that the mythical reputation of TWO as nothing but a
non-thinking, yes-man forum has a life of its own.

Question: when is a death threat not a death threat?

Answer: when it's the above.:-(

I will at least *try* to *pretend* that you never said that.

Damien, you are not welcome in this ng with your anti-capitalist

crap.

Some HALF A BILLION+(!) of my COUNTRYMEN DIED because of crapitalism!

If you want to continue your decadent, submisison to the ruling
classes, Blue boy, then FINE!:-( We have a NATION - let alone an
ENTIRE BLOC - to reclaim!:-o :-(

If

you, and

1. I did have defenders,
2. I did have supporters,
3. I could "take the most blatant of hints",
4. I was WRONG to be banned "from 'The other place'".:-(

I was banned for bothering a homosexual-capitalist user.

Don't talk about things that you don't know about!:-o :-( :-(

PS Can you show evidence of Mr Bond actually reporting Lawrence to

the
police? Hmmm second thoughts, don't bother.

Fine. I posted the link somewhere else, anyway. Just saw it about five
minutes ago.

I think we should start an

anti-pollution drive, and you're the first target.

As above:

So that's what Damien is on about. Bondai has reported me to the police for
apparent death threats? . All in the fanciful mad mad world of Damien. Who
is the real person behind the fake persona? The man who is trying to steal
our News group.
