Wind touched gale force in the early hours (Max Gust 54mph).
At 04:00 the swell reached 26' at Sevenstones, that's larger than it was during Thursday's gale, and close to the height reached early December. Minimum of 6.7C last night, around 7.5C now (09:15) Graham Penzance |

![]() Interesting graphs. I was surprised how strong the wind was in the early hours, it damaged a chimney 4 doors away. I thought it might be in just the right direction to funnel past my house down to Chyandour, but I see that the peak mean wind speed at your site wasn't much different to that on Thursday either.
