Default [WR] Howhill - 22nd Jan

Light dusting of snow this morning, just a cm but judging by the
crunchyness it fell in two batches one partially thawing then freezing
before the top coat arrived. Anemometer froze up overnight from 0215 to
0745.

Beautiful bright, crisp, clear, winters morning. Currently: -0.1C F3 NNE.
