Default [WR] Birmingham

A few patches of snow:
Droitwich very icy this morning - but no remaining 'snow'
Stoke Works-Lickey Hills - light covering
Birmingham - nothing

Overnight low of -1.9 at 2100 yesterday, rising to 1.7 at 0400, then
dropping again to 0.4 at 0800; 0.2mm precip

Interesting to note that, like 28 January 2004, mild air was dragged in
ahead of the front - hence rain rather than snow. After 1900 yesterday the
wind swung sharply around to southerley then ~southwesterley until 0300.
