RMK: Sharp edge to the Sc sheet is directly overhead,
orientated N/S. The western half of the sky is
overcast Sc. The eastern half is blue with only a few
wisps of cirrus.
24-HR STATISTICS: Max (0900-0900z): 11.2 at 1430z
Min (0900-0900z): 5.8 at 2000z
Grass min (1500-0900z): 0.9
Rain (0900-0900z): Nil
