Default OT? June Was The Coldest Since 1941 (in Moscow)

The following link is to an article in the Moscow Times describing
the weather there this June and the reasons for it.
http://www.themoscowtimes.com/storie...07/01/020.html

I found it refreshing to read the reasons why the weather was
cold there. Most British weather reports seem to me to be very
fatalistic, and accept the weather as what we get..

Cheers, Alastair.
