Default [WR] 0745Z OAT-5.6 Bracknell (Tawfield)

As subject: easily the coldest night this winter (so far). I think the
minimum is around -6, but haven't read the m-i-g thermometers yet.

Moderate hoar deposit (just - not as much as you might think), with
visibility 4000M. A bit of Cirrus otherwise a fine morning - with the
sound of the scraper and the idling car engine all around!
