Default SE Met Office warning upgraded today

Estimated risk of disruption for parts of the south east has gone up from
30% to 70%.

Whether we get anything significant on the south coast remains to be seen
though.

Looking at the rainfall radar for 10pm, I have a suspicion that the north
midlands northwards will bear the brunt.
