Default [wr] 4cm powder snow Aberfeldy

I know we are not really supposed to get any snow but the wind changed to an
Easterly last night and blew some snow in for us. About 4-5 cm of powder and
around -3 C at 0800. Perth, Fife and Stirling areas affected too.
