Default Oxfordshire Snow

Heaviest snowfall here in Charlbury, west Oxfordshire, since Dec 8th
1990. At 0900, 13 cm lying on the lawn. Snow started about 0300, with
8 cm accumulating by 0500. Thereafter, mostly light and accumulating
at about 1cm/hr, but the snow has now become moderate again.
Screen temperature minus 1.0 C.
